SCHOOL CHOICE - SUMMER 2024 (ROOM 2.01) MONTREAL DISTRICT

Please note that, during the summer of 2024, specific time slots in the Montreal district will be dedicated to requests concerning the exercise of parental authority related to school choice.

These time slots in room 2.01 will be available on Thursdays and Fridays, July 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, and 26, 2024, and August 1 and 2, 2024. The rules for scheduling a hearing date provided in the directives of the Montreal district (articles 79 to 83) apply to these requests.

Only requests of this nature with a predicted hearing duration of one day or less (including the judge’s reading time) can be scheduled on one of these dates.
